Jesse "Moondog" Rosenman is a Super-Duper-Senior at UCLA, and has spent the past year as Awaken's Musical Director. He received his characteristic nickname as a young boy growing up in San Mateo, CA. when a crazy old woman mistook him for a dog on the midnight prowl. The woman yelled "MOON DOG! MOON DOG!" for a full 30 minutes, and the name stuck with him. He's composed a plethora of folk songs, some which have been transcribed for The Extension Ensemble and appear on their "New York Presence" album.
